As we've said before RIMBoy.com considers itself a family oriented company. Besides the mandatory drug tests and frequent layoffs, we feel we breed a certain sense of community that can only be described as "Stalinistic". We're proud to see our employees work no less than 80 hours a week and are often amazed that they in fact work more. It makes our founder Harvey proud. Harvey always said, "If we can squeeze another minute out of an employee that is another bonus for me at the annual review".
